Summary

As a Financial Controller at PALLAS, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This position is primarily analytical and operational, focusing on financial data analysis, reporting, and maintaining smooth day-to-day financial processes. You will support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Project Administration

  • Oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations;
  • Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports to support decision-making;
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability;
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures related to expenditure control (e.g., invoicing approval, payment processes, and purchase-to-pay processes);
  • Ensure that financial processes align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Finance;
  • Completion of all required PALLAS Intelligent Customer Responsibilities training.
