This role requires meticulous planning and execution, adhering to high standards of safety, quality, and schedule to ensure the readiness of PALLAS operational control.

Qualifications:

  • Nuclear operations experience or experience in a highly procedural-compliant and technically diligent industry.
  • Technical background with expertise in developing and executing training and qualification programs.
  • Practical experience in training individuals on detailed procedural and technical concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in a project environment, contributing to the definition and planning of training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operational Readiness training and development program requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, local and international regulations, standards, and guidance.
  • Identify and secure resources necessary to develop a comprehensive nuclear training portfolio for the operational organization, supporting PALLAS project timelines.
  • Collaborate with department managers to plan and align recruitment, nuclear training, and development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to training program definition and planning.
  • Coordinate with HR, Organization Development, and PALLAS recruitment for operational staff hiring and training.
  • Act as the primary liaison with third-party training suppliers, ensuring alignment with operational team requirements.
  • Support the PALLAS program by identifying and delivering nuclear training and development needs in alignment with project milestones.
  • Facilitate or oversee the delivery of nuclear and operational training programs, ensuring the availability of appropriate training resources and suppliers.

Phases of Work:

  • Planning Phase: Initial phase focusing on program design and resource identification.
  • Execution Phase: Implementation of training programs and resource development.
  • Handover/Closing Phase: Transition phase ensuring successful delivery and completion of training initiatives.
