Project assistant
Summary
As a Project Assistant NHC, you will support the Project Director in a varietyof organizational and administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities willinclude managing the secretariat mailbox, booking international travel, andorganizing both internal and external meetings. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to maintaining the Document Management System and ensuring it is up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Project Director in organizing and coordinating activities.
· Write and distribute meeting reports.
· Develop and maintain an annual MT meeting plan,ensuring it is up-to-date and tracking action points.
· Manage the secretariat mailbox, prioritizing tasks effectively.
· Welcome and register visitors.
· Arrange international travel for colleagues.
· Organize internal and external meetings.
· Play a key role in maintaining the Document Management System.
