System Integrator/Engineer
In this role, you will work in a small-scale team, which provides you with broader responsibilities and flexibility in your role. This may range from system design to implementation and maintenance, potentially leading to faster personal and professional growth. As a system integrator/engineer, you will be responsible for managing radiological measurement equipment. These systems are used for the accurate storage of measurement data from our radiological detectors and ensuring their integrity in a database. You will closely collaborate with various teams, including technicians, nuclear scientists, and IT professionals.
Profile
Requirements:
- Vocational college (MBO+) / University degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, electrical engineering, nuclear technology, or similar.
- Electrical engineering knowledge, with the ability to create a hardware design based on user requirements. Then, translate it into an electrical diagram and ultimately implement it in a team environment towards hardware.
- Familiarity with networks, including configuration and security of industrial network infrastructures.
- Experience in assembling and commissioning measurement installations.
- Experience in programming PLCs, with knowledge of industrial automation techniques.
- Strong safety awareness.
- TMS Distributable Radioactive Substances D certificate (possessed or willing to obtain).
- Willingness to perform standby duties.
Preferences:
- Experience in database management, including setting up, maintaining, and optimizing database systems.
- Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) and experience integrating IoT technologies in industrial environments.
- Understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of radiological measurement techniques and affinity with nuclear protocols.
